Automations
after every call

Solovei handles the follow-up work after every call itself: creates leads in your CRM, fills in the customer card, appends rows to Google Sheets, sends alerts to Telegram and Slack.

Not an alarm system – working hands

Automations in Solovei are not just alerts about problem calls. They are an engine that does the follow-up work after every conversation: writes results to your CRM, keeps spreadsheets up to date and keeps the team informed. You set up a rule once – and it fires on every call, with no human involved.

How it works

A trigger is a rule: "when a condition is met → run the actions". The condition can be any criterion of your AI analysis or a call parameter; the action can be a CRM record, a message or a request to any system.

Flexible conditions

  • Any analysis criterion – scores, yes/no, texts, lists, with a full set of comparison operators (equals, greater, less, contains…)
  • Call parameters – e.g. a specific agent or group
  • Combinations – several conditions with AND/OR logic

What Solovei does automatically

  • Creates a card or lead in your CRM – with the contact, name and a comment, in the right pipeline (KeyCRM, NetHunt)
  • Fills in CRM fields – any AI analysis result is written to a custom contact field
  • Adds notes to the customer card – the conversation summary goes straight to the CRM
  • Appends rows to Google Sheets – with values mapped to columns
  • Sends Telegram messages – via the official Solovei bot or your own
  • Posts to Slack – to any team channel
  • Calls a webhook – an HTTP request to any system (Bitrix, HubSpot, ticketing, n8n/Make): method, headers and body are under your control

Templates with variables

Every action can include call data: agent and customer names, phone number, duration, transcript, analysis summary, a link to the call review – and the value of any of your criteria with its explanation.

Reliability

  • Automatic retries with increasing delays if a service doesn't respond
  • Spam protection (throttling) – limits how often a trigger can fire
  • Full execution history – statuses, requests, responses, errors
  • Test mode – run the trigger on a real call before enabling it

Examples

  • Call ended → a lead in the CRM with the conversation summary
  • Call score → a custom contact field in the CRM
  • Negative tone + complaint → Telegram to the manager the same day
  • Every call → a row in a Google Sheet for reporting
  • Sale closed → a webhook to your system

Before Solovei

With Solovei

  • Лід і картка клієнта в CRM створюються автоматично
  • Результати AI-аналізу самі лягають у поля CRM і Google Sheets
  • Алерт у Telegram чи Slack – у день дзвінка, а не за тиждень
  • Правило налаштовується один раз і працює на кожному дзвінку
  • Надійна доставка: повтори, захист від спаму, повна історія виконань
