How to connect Binotel to Solovei in 30 minutes

What you'll need

A Solovei account, an active Binotel account with API access, and a Binotel API key. The whole process takes up to 30 minutes.

Step 1: Set up your company

Settings → General: company name, primary conversation language.

Step 2: Connect Binotel

Settings → Integrations → choose Binotel → paste the API key → Connect. Import runs every 30 minutes.

Step 3: Set up processing

Minimum duration, direction, transcription model.

Step 4: Evaluation criteria

Create 5 starter criteria: greeting, needs discovery, consultation quality, politeness, closing.

Step 5: First call

Wait for the import cycle, then check the transcript and scores.
