Transcription is the automatic conversion of an audio recording of a conversation into text. Instead of listening to every call manually, you get a full text transcript of the conversation within seconds.

But transcription in Solovei is more than just 'audio to text'. The platform separates speakers, supports 30+ languages with a focus on Ukrainian, and corrects domain-specific vocabulary.

How it works technically

When a call ends, Solovei pulls the audio from the PBX via API, sends it for recognition by leading AI models, identifies speaker roles, applies correction, and stores the transcript. The whole process takes from 10 seconds to a minute.
